A renowned missionary, reverend Doris Hokett, has explained eight simple steps to turn a somewhat impossible situation into possible through the acronym “possible”.

Confiance News gathered from the Reverend Doris Hokett on Sunday.

Taking her text from the books of Matthew 17:20; Luke 1:37 and Mark 9:23 in the scriptures, she said, “Possible: It means it can be done. What is the opposite of possible? It is impossible.

Expatiating, she said the meaning of possible are:

P: Pray for the problem. God is bigger than any problem. Pray without season.

O: Overcome fear. Isaiah 12:2.

S: Say no to Satan. You can use the word of God .

S: Stand up in faith. Stand up for Jesus. 1 Corinthians 16:13.

I: Invest something good. Give your best. You have the opportunity to give your offerings and tithes. Luke 6:38. May You See the impossible become possible.

B: Believe the promises of God. 2 Corinthians 1:20. He can do the most impossible things. I am older than most of you, I can confidently say with my eyes I have seen God’s goodness; with my ears I have heard God’s goodness.

L: Look up to Jesus. Hebrews 13:8. Trust that Jesus can do it.

E: Expect the answer. Jeremiah 33:3

Confiance News also gathered that Rev. Hokett has been a missionary in Africa for over 50 years and has successfully planted over 131 churches with her late husband— Arthur Hokett.

“Pray for God’s anointing, provision, protection, strength upon my life. My husband was building the 46th church before he passed on to be with the Lord,” she said.
