Reactions has trailed the sack of Baltasar Engonga, who was relieved of his position as the Director General of Equatorial Guinea’s National Financial Investigation Agency.

Confiance News gathered that he has been replaced by Zenón Obiang.

This comes after he was involved in sex tapes scandal; where he recorded 400 sextapes with him having sex several women, mostly married.

The Senate has passed a law to regulate the behaviour of public officials and the use of social media.

Cameras have been installed in government offices, and all officials involved in the scandal have been suspended.

Reacting, an X user said: “And they had to replace him with an ugly man believing that not many women will be interested in the ugly.”
