Eastern and Western Nigeria Seek Common Future in New National Framework

Illegal rule of Nigeria by Northern Nigeria without a valid Constitution

Your Lordships,

I am writing with the instructions of God and in my capacity as an ex-military officer who served 35 years for Nigeria with adequate knowledge of Nigerian history from the independence of 1960. Let me introduce myself, and to bring to your notice that you have been adjudicating on illegalities blindly under the illegal “one” Nigeria agenda masterminded by Lt. Col. Yakubu Gowon for the Northerners. My name is Ayo Eniola.

• I am from Western Nigeria.
• I am an ex Nigerian Military officer who served 35 years in the Nigerian Army.

• I know MANY military secrets from my military service for I was the ONLY stenographer.
• I am a Military Historian/Philanthropist.
• I am a Prophet of God.

To my knowledge and what we read in school Nigeria was three countries noted at the side of the Niger River area and thus

1. Eastern Nigeria
2. Western Nigeria
3. Northern Nigeria
4. River Niger (Southern Nigeria)

These three countries, under Lord Lugard’s arrangements, executed an Amalgamation agreement to live together for 100 years as they were all sighted at the Niger River area, in 1914.

On October 1st 1960, our Colonial Masters granted us independence and as follows

➤ Northern Nigeria – Ahmadu Bello as Premier Eastern Nigeria – Michael Okpara as Premier Western Nigeria – Obafemi Awolowo as Premier Abubakar Tafawa Balewa as Prime Minister from Northern Nigeria Nnamdi Azikiwe as President from Eastern Nigeria

Please note that there was no Southern Nigeria listed above and that is because there was no Southern Nigeria other than the River Niger which is water and now what Northern Nigeria calls Eastern and Western Nigeria. “The South” is a big fraud.

Between 1960 and 1966 there were political problems in Nigeria and with the agreement of three countries, if a country wished to break away they would have to do so with a 3 month notice as per the agreement. The agreement was to expire in 2014.

In July 1966, Major General Aguiyi-Ironsi illegally killed all the Premiers and took over the government as Head of State which resulted in the 1st illegal government and has remained unjust and illegal since.

The offenses committed by the military are as follow

• Murder of their Principles
• Obtaining powers under false pretences
• Taking over of government illegally
• Interruption of legal Almaggation Agreement executed by three countries
• Ruling Nigeria by force and declaration of three countries as “ONE” which is a breach of the Almaggation Agreement.

In 1967, Lt. Col Yakubu Gowon Executed a military coup and he killed the illegal Head of State, Major General Aguiyi-Ironsi, and took over the government. Yakubu Gowon Came to execute the Northern Agenda and campaigned One Nigeria with a slogan: “TO KEEP NIGERIA ONE IS A TASK THAT MUST BE DONE.” This was executed with firearms and he set up a

Northern Agenda for the Hausas (Northerners) To rule Nigeria with Military Officers until they achieved their aims. He did the following illegalities to enrich his people, the Northerners.

1) He changed Nigerian currency from British powerful pounds sterling to Naira and set up open conversion markets for the Hausas to run the foreign exchange businesses. 2) He took oil discovered in Eastern Nigeria to Northern Nigeria. 3) He invited Lt. Col. Olusegun Obasanjo to the Northern Agenda as an officer from Western Nigeria to gain popularity and conspired with him to betray his own people. (Western Region) 4) He illegally broke Nigeria into states with ulterior motives to rule Nigeria forever and to send away the Western and Eastern Nigeria.

I request your Lordships to personally adjudicate on the above matters and to determine whether the “One” Nigeria agenda is legal and binding.

Furthermore the country has no legal Constitution, When the military takes over the government, it should promulgate military decrees and suspend the existing Constitution, then when they want to terminate the military rule they should repel the military decrees and bring back the suspended Constitution and hand it over to an interim government who in turn will set up an election for such Country. In Nigeria’s case, the Military President (illegal) commissioned Justice Udo Udoma to write a Constitution under military regime in 1979 and the Constitution was directly handed over to Shehu Shagari in 1979 as President by Lt. Col. Olusegun Obasanjo in 1999 and still exists today. The suspended 1963 Constitution was never brought back and as a result the country has no valid Constitution nor is it a Country. Nigeria as a name ceases to exist since 2014 and the only legal names for the countries are: Eastern Nigeria, Western Nigeria, Northern Nigeria and river Niger. The Northern Federal Government was silent about their actions, no comment and nothing to remember the agreement.

Hereunder were the plans of Northern Nigeria :

1. They assigned Western Nigeria known as Yorubas, to the Northern Fulanis as their own Country. They were relying on the Principles of Law “that if you neglect your rights for twelve years, you cannot have it again.” This is the reason the Fulanis were going to Western Nigeria i.e. Ibadan in thousands with their cattle and stay anywhere and when challenged, it turns into a fight as they are always armed. They have killed many Yorubas and even raped their women without any police involvement. One Sunday a Igboho from Yoruba Nation tried to challenge them and in turn was declared wanted by the DSS. The DSS went to his house, damaged his vehicles and killed people. This case is no doubt a Land case of National interest. The DSS had no rights to get involved and fight whomever challenged the Fulanis on the land. The Fulanis had the plan to come to the Western Nigeria in two years time (when the twelve years since 1914 would have expired) and start fighting and driving people out of the country with the support of the DSS. The Fulanis state that they are “Southerners” and no longer have rights in Western Nigeria. This matter should be a great war that lands at the International Court of Justice which verdict will call Western Nigeria Southerners who were on their land.

Another development, Eastern Nigeria was assigned to the “Boko-Haram.” Their primary assignment was to take over the oil discovered in Eastern Nigeria, kill Asari Dokubo and his men and take over Eastern Nigeria by force. Northern Nigeria should go to the International Court of Justice and sue Eastern Nigeria and file claims that the Igbos and Calabas were Southern Nigeria – as Southeast and South, South.

HISTORY IN SCHOOLS

History is no longer taught in all Nigerian schools so that no one will be aware of the illegal history of Nigeria.

ASSASSINATION ATTEMPTS

Because of my factual knowledge of the Northern Agenda and other illegalities of the government, the Federal Government of Nigeria (ONE NIGERIA) has mounted numerous serious assassination attempts on me including an attack that resulted in me being shot numerous times in 2015. They attacked my estate and in the process killed my son in 2016. In 2017 the government invaded my house with firearms and I narrowly escaped with God’s guidance. I was left with no other choice but to leave the country or die. I escaped to America in 2019. In America the Nigerian government monitored my movement, froze my bank accounts, erased my NIMS number, hired Nigerians here in America by placing a hit on me. I fell into their nets when I was housed in one of their secret homes where people were killed – I was tipped off and once again escaped death. The Nigerian Embassy funded a search for me and continues to attack me illegally while I am in America.

I am ready to prosecute Lt-Col Yakubu Gowon and Lt-Col Olusegun Obasanjo as God kept them alive to face this matter.

Be advised I am also sending the above information to President Trump of the United States of America to make aware and request the assistance of America to correct the wrongs and provide aid in managing oil while also helping produce jobs, repairing roadways and getting Nigeria where it should be, before the criminals illegally took over. Please kindly give this letter the merit it deserves and do the needful, MANY Nigerians are counting on it.
