The vagina is a part of the female reproductive system. It is a muscular canal that connects the vulva (the external female genitals) to the cervix (the lower part of the uterus).

Foods such as yogurt, garlic, cranberries, and green tea can help promote vaginal health.

Kegel exercises can help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the bladder, uterus, and rectum.

There are several apps available that provide information and instructions on topics related to vagina care.
