The Director General (DG) of World Trade Organisation (WTO), Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has vowed to take action against imposters her and peddling news of an article allegedly written by her regarding the Abia State government.

Confiance News gathered from her official X handle.

“FAKE!! I have taken screenshots of a fake article purported to be written by me about Abia State and its Gov HE Alex Otti that tries to fraudulently build on my recent speech on a Social Contract for Nigeria. Political hacks beware of using me for propaganda. I shall take action!,” She fumed.

Confiance News recalls that earlier this year, she debunked statements purportedly made by her regarding Nigeria’s debt situation.
