Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC), has reiterated its commitment towards ensuring customers efficiency through frequent engagements with customers.

Confiance News gathered from a recent post in its official X handle.

Reacting to the photos of the customers’ engagement, it said: “Today, we had an engagement with our customers in Islands district held at Strong Tower Event Center, Ikoyi.

Our team was led by the General Manager, Commercial, Mr. Samuel Edoho, who gave a warm welcome to our valued customers. He reiterated that as a service provider, our goal is to ensure that every feedback, complaints and expectations are met and power interruptions are reduced to the barest minimum.

We were commended for our efforts so far and encouraged to do better.”
