The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) as part of its resolve towards educating the public has held a public enquiry for stakeholders to enlighten them on three regulatory instruments.

Reacting to the meeting, EVC/CEO, NCC, Dr. Aminu Maida said: “The public enquiry conducted is a testament to dedication, transparency and inclusivity, ensuring that the voices of stakeholders are heard and considered.
“These regulatory instruments have played a vital role in shaping our communications landscape,….and it is essential to revisit and refine them to address the emerging challenges,trends, and opportunities.
“The first regulatory instrument is telecom networks, interconnection regulations and the second instrument is guidelines and procedure for granting approval …to disconnect telecoms operators. The third is a Guideline on Dispute Resolution… .”
