NCC partners IPA to strengthen consumer protection framework

Nigeria’s apex telecom regulator, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has signed a pact with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), to enhance consumer experience.

Confiance News gathered from its official X handle.

It said: “Through our recent partnership with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA-@poverty_action), we are establishing an Embedded Consumer Lab to analyze consumer complaint trends, anticipate emerging issues, and inform policy decisions.”
