Nigeria’s Accountant General’s office razed by fire

Offfice of the Accountant General of the Federation of Nigeria is currently on fire in Abuja.

Confiance News gathered from TVC News on Wednesday.

TVC News crew who visited the scene of the incident gathered that the fire started from around the third floor, razing the building upwards including the Accountant General’s office and most of the important offices.

Firefighters are still struggling to put out the inferno.

According to Wikipedia, the Accountant General of the Federation is the administrative head of the treasury of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
