NLC, FG reach new agreement on minimum wage, suspends strike

The Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) has agreed to suspend the strike after reaching an agreement with the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) to pay above a minimum wage of N60,000.

Confiance News recalls that NLC had demanded for N494,000 minimum wage after bringing it down from N615,000, which was the initial demand.
