  • Reveals secret law suit against him was the motive behind the sponsored burning of the Lagos High Court during EndSars protests

Prophet Ayo Ayodele Eniola has revealed those behind the burning of the Lagos State High Court during the last endSARS protest in the state. In a whistle blown by Prophet Eniola, he said the suspected persons who were suspected to have burned down the Lagos State High court because of the Ayodele Eniola Estate case file ID/2076/92.

According to the popular prophet, he listed those involved in the secret case file to include; Mr. F.A Ligali (Permanent Secretary to Head of Services, Lagos state government); Mr. Abdulganiu Adekoya ( Office of Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Transportation); Kamoru Arisekolola; Bola Matanmi (Director of Transport, Lagos State Ministry of Transportation); Barrister Dave Ajetunmobi; Mr. Rasaki .H. Kareem; Mr. Muritala Muyideen; Mr Kamoru Moshood Sanusi and all members of the “unity mechanics workshop”

“The claimant’s father Sunday Ogunyade of 46, Akinromola Street off Akinola Street, Bariga, Lagos, who was referred to as the owner of the land they were claiming, was my childhood friend, as we grew up in the same area as friends from youth. He was illiterate and he did not learn any hand-work but started as a bus conductor from where he started operating as head of thugs to disturb those building houses- collecting compulsory money, what they called “settle us the boys”.

“That was how he started his thuggery profession then. I had bailed him from the Police stations several times and when it was unbecoming of him engaging in land grabbing, illegal profession. I had to step aside and advised him to look for other things to do

“I was his personal prophet as he visited my church, Celestial Church of Christ, Aginju parish, gate 1, Ayodele Eniola Estate, gbagada for regular prayers. He sometimes spent days in the church.
Prophet Eniola said he had acquired the land now known as Ayodele Eniola Estate in 1975 and registered it in 1978 when the land use act was promulgated and registered as No.17/17/1799 and 46/46/1713 on the 1st and 26th March 1978 respectively.

Sunday Ogunyade was alive in1978 when I registered the land and in 1981 the Lagos State Waste disposal board commenced the dumping of refuse on the land on my permission as a tenant and Ogunyade was visiting me in the church on the land.

In 1992, I instituted a lawsuit against Lagos State Waste Disposal board and it lasted for 7 years, yet Ogunyade was a part time member of my church and he did not challenge me or the presence of Lagos State Waste Disposal board on the land.

In the year 2000, he sent my lawyer to tell me that he wanted me to give him the work of security on my land and chase away the trespassers. I said “No” that if they should kill somebody on the land on whose account that would “be” and I said I am ready to wait for time to mature and get legal backing on the land.

In the year 2007, he died-without challenging me for a day and continued to be my friend and church silent member. He had many criminal cases pending against him on land grabbing in the year 2009 according to the file ID/1705/2009 was filed against First Defendant. In 2016, they joined my name as second defendant My Lord this is a serious question for the claimants.

“A lawyer (Barrister Godson Nwosu ) was telling me that the service of the writ on the Dumpsite (dustbin) is permitted by law and let me quote him “you cant get your case file again because it has been burned and that case ID/1705/2009 must succeed even if you hire all the SANs in Nigeria. This same Lawyer, (Barrister Godson Nwosu) approached my lawyer and offered him N2m ( Two million Naira) to withdraw from the case. This action is questionable

“I am writing a comprehensive “POINTER” to address the case as a package in order to unmask those who burned down the Lagos State High Court during the ‘END SARS’ protest because ‘END SARS’ was not targeted at the courts but ”POLICE FORMATIONS’

“My Lord, I have a question for her Lordship, Justice Oyindamola Ogala as the Presiding Judge on the Black market case. The first proof of service shows that the Service was pasted on the dustbin/ dumpsite and the second service was pasted on Ayodele Eniola esq ( a non-existing address) .

“Why did Justice Oyindamola Ogala allow such a service to score in the case and went ahead to adjourn for the adoption of the written address of the claimant? Ordinarily my Lord, the contradictions on the venue of service was enough for her to suspect a foul play or a game was on in the case. But she was quiet and adjourned to adopt the written address to pave way for judgement. I think she is a suspect in this case.

“Your Lordship, with the looks of things. It is suspicious that if there was/ is no guarantee that they were going to get a favorable judgement they would not have gone to burn the case file in the office of Justice Candide Johnson, and because of this, burned the entire High Court of Lagos State.

“As I have alleged based on facts herein and more to come in the full case history and report that will certainly follow this “whistle blow” directly to the President of Nigeria because it is a matter of Public and National interests of which I am a victim. Therefore

“I think the offense committed or alleged to have been committed is Arson – and on the part of Her Lordship, Honorable Justice Oyindamola Ogala is complicit in aiding the act of arson and using the official government machinery to perfect same. Performing illegal duty with her office as a Judge and with the courtroom to perfect illegality. This is a complete abuse of office.

“I think she is a suspect and should answer query or make statements under caution and further to suspend her from office in order not to tamper with investigations My Lord we had traitors among the government big wigs especially those in the position of trust.

“In 1976, the former Head of State, General Murtala Mohammed was assassinated by Lt. Col. B.S. Dimka. The then Minister for Defense, Brigadier I.D. Bissala, escorted the corpse of the then Head of State to the airport, crying, rolling himself on the ground and everybody believed that he was touched. At the end when Lt. Col. B.S. Dimka was arrested, he confessed that it was Brigadier I.D. Bissala who sent them to kill the former Head of State. Since experience is a good teacher… a lot can be inferred from the seemingly deliberate action of her Lordship and one wonders if her Lordship would not deliberately turn a blind eye to other actions that would give an unbiased observer the impression that her Lordship is obviously already compromised.

“Let me borrow from our parable ‘Yoruba’ “IROMI TONJO NI OKE OMI, ONILU RE MBE NI ISALE ODO “TOTO SE BI OWE EYIN AGBA”. Meaning the floating objects dancing on top of a river, the drummer is/are inside the water,” he added.
