Reno omokri, the aide to the former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan, has taken the #HarrassBuhariOutOfLondon to the Abuja house in London.

Confiance News gathered from the official Twitter handle of Mr. Omokri on Friday.

The hashtag was coined as a clarion call for Nigerians in London to come out enmass to force Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari back to Nigeria; also soliciting for justice for the alleged shootings of Nigerian protesters at the Lekki Toll-Gate during the #EndSARS protest on October 20, 2020.

Confiance News recalls that Buhari left Nigeria on Tuesday March 30 for London on a medical trip.

According to Omokri, “General @MBuhari is not running a government. He is running a criminal enterprise. He killed #EndSARS protesters and now he is in London to secure his life? Send the coward back to fix the mess he created,” Omokri lamented.

Confiance News also learnt that an arrest attempt was made on Omokri while the protest was on going but it was subsequently stalled.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, the National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) went on an indefinite strike over poor salaries and inadequate facilities.

Reacting to the issue, a Twitter user known as Neutral lamented the fate of a woman who’s stranded at hospital because there are no doctors available to treat her dying son while Buhari enjoys medical check up abroad.

“Doctors are on strike and there is a woman crying her eyes out in the ward because no doctor available to transfuse blood and write the transfusion order for her son. Our president is in the UK for medical check up. This is so sad and depressing,” she said.
