Taking Dexamethasone without prescriptions could have grave consequences.

Confiance News gathered from a pharmacist known as Pharm.Unique on X.

She said that ii was developed for therapeutic purposes such as inflammations, allergic reactions, shock, diagnosis of cushing syndrome, among others.

Pharm.Unique who is also referred to as celebrity pharmacist, has frowned at the use of the drug for weight gain.

“Whoever introduced ladies to using Dexamethasone for weight gain, has done so much harm, and still doing more.

A major problem is that these ladies develop psychological dependence over time and they find it difficult to stop, no matter what they’re told. Let’s talk about this drug small,” she said.

Expatiating she said, “Don’t get this post wrong. A doctor can prescribe Dexamethasone for treatment purposes and that is fine and safe because it is to meet your health needs. Even at that, your doctor would always monitor your response.”
