There is no gain saying that a balanced diet keeps the doctor away. How many people can maintain a balanced diet? If you are not eating a balanced diet even when you can afford it, you need a diet fix because you are missing out on the numerous benefits it brings.

Confiance News gathered that a diet fix simply means structuring your diet to improve your eating habits such that it includes a balanced intake of all the classes of food.

A dietitian known as Gideon Bassey on X, recommends a diet fix for all.

He said: “There is a reason I talk about diet fix. If you can eat healthy, you may not be suffering from those health conditions. There are so many health conditions that fixing your diet alone will make you free from them.

Medications are not the only solution. Let me give you an instance. When your dog is unwell, the vet’s first question is about its diet: “What does it eat daily?” But when it comes to humans, the focus shifts to insurance: “Do you have a card, or will you pay cash? “They proceed to write medications.

More emphasis needs to be on diet before medications. Yes, your medications are important but fixing your diet will prevent certain health conditions. Let’s prioritize our well-being and make informed choices about what we consume.”

Reactions

As expected, Bassey’s post sparked reactions.

An X user known as Dividend Growth Hustler said: “There are three things you cannot buy. Fitness: You have to keep fit, whether you’re rich or not.

Diet: You cannot pay someone to be on a diet for you.

Then, looking after your soul. No one can possibly treat your soul but you yourself.”

The X user stressed the need to for a combination of both a healthy diet and exercise.

“If you refuse to exercise, eat like shit, stay up late on the weekends and get fewer than 10,000 steps a day…

Start putting money aside for your future healthcare bill,” he stated.

Grey, another X user, replied,”Prevention is always better.”
