Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has allegedly shut down the NNPC limited and All Oil Companies in Rivers State,south-south Nigeria and declared “No Allocation for Rivers State, No Oil for Nigeria”

Fubara reacted to the verdict by a Federal High court over the case instituted by members of the state House of Assembly regarding submission of budget.

The court ruled that the state’s budgetary allocation be withheld.
