A female National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) member, Ushie Uguamaye, has apologized to the Lagos State government and Lagosians for saying that the state stinks.

Confiance News reports from a post she made on her Instagram page on Monday.

She said: “I want to first of all state that I am very sorry to the people who were born and raised in Lagos State. If you feel offended. I am sorry.”

Also known as Raye, Confiance News learnt that Uguamaye has been trending on social media for calling Nigeria’s president, Bola Tinubu, a terrible president for the high inflation rate and high cost of living in the country.

Raye, the initiator of the 30daysrantchallenge, also mentioned that the state where she is currently serving, Lagos State, is dirty and smells.

“…Lagos stinks. Lagos smells like shit,” she said.
