NEMA, NCC chart course on developing National Emergency Telecoms Response Plan (Photos)

The Director-General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Zubaida Umar, paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Aminu Maida, to discuss ways to foster emergency communications and develop a National Emergency Telecoms Response Plan to boost early warning systems.
