The bank told Confiance News in a statement issued by the bank and published on the website of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday.

The statement, which was signed by Ezinwa Unuigboje, the bank’s Company Secretary, indicated that the financial statement will be published on or before August 29, 2020.

“Please be informed that the Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 13, 2020, approved the 2020 Audited Half Year financial statement subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria,” the statement disclosed.

Confiance News recalls that the bank was among the top performers during the first quarter (Q1) outing after notching up a Profit After Tax (PAT) of N5.8 million.
