‎A risk management firm is pushing organisations to abandon one-size-fits-all approaches to enterprise risk, offering a tailored framework it says can be woven directly into daily business operations.

‎DataPro, which specialises in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) consulting, says most companies rely on static, off-the-shelf risk documents that leave critical vulnerabilities undetected.

‎Confiance News reports that the firm is positioning its model as a dynamic alternative built around each client’s corporate objectives and industry scale.

‎The company’s framework covers five core areas: strategy and performance alignment, risk and gap analysis, custom ERM deployment, board-level reporting structures, and executive training programmes.

‎According to the firm, the gap analysis component targets vulnerabilities across an organisation’s entire operation, while its reporting templates are designed to give boards and senior executives clearer, more actionable risk data.

‎DataPro, Confiance News gathered, also offers executive masterclasses aimed at embedding a culture of risk awareness at the leadership level, arguing that sustainable risk management must be driven from the top down.

‎The push reflects a broader shift in corporate governance thinking, as regulators and investors increasingly expect companies to demonstrate forward-looking risk strategies rather than responding to crises after they occur.
