There’s so much pain in the world today but you can overcome them when you put our hope in God.

Confiance News gathered from one of the sermons of Evangelist Doris Hokett, the overseer of Hokett International Ministries, held in Lagos recently.

While defining the full meaning of PAIN as revealed to her by God, she said,”God can meet you at your lowest point and your story will change.”

Evangelist Hokett said the acronym pain represents

P: PRAY when you’re full of pain, PRAY in faith. Mark 10:26. Always say the word of God out loud.

A: ALWAYS trust in God. He can see you through the lowest point in life. Psalms 37:5;

I: IGNORE satan’s lies. James 4:7; Submit yourself to God. Fight against; ignore him and he will flee from you.

Know what to do when satan lies and don’t tell you the truth.

N: NEVER give up. Philippians 4:13;
My day is coming because Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Taking her text from the book of Revelation 21:4 in the bible, the evangelist said,”One day God will wipe away all tears.”

Reiterating the book of Psalms 42:5 in the scriptures, she said,”So, put your hope and trust in God. He can deliver you from every troubles. David recovered all.”
