Roksanda Ilinčić is one of London’s most celebrated fashion designers renowned for the bold use of colour and geometric patterns in her designs, which have been worn by nobilities including The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle and Ex-First Lady, Michelle Obama.
Ilinčić studied architecture and design at the prestigious University of Arts in Belgrade, before gaining a Masters in Arts (MA) at the world-renowned arts and design college, Central Saint Martins in London.
In 2005, Roksanda launched her eponymous fashion label as a newcomer at the London Fashion Week – her collection only featured 11 cocktail dresses. Today, Ilinčić’s collection has become a must-see at London Fashion Week and has now expanded to include ready-to-wear, swimwear, childrenswear and accessories that are available in her flagship boutique in Mayfair, London and over 125 stockists worldwide, including Harrods and Selfridges.
Illincic has also produced diffusion lines for high street stores, Whistles and Debenhams, and was among the designers who created a T-shirt to raise funds for the Evening Standard’s Dispossessed Fund during the run-up to the London Olympics.
On Sunday, November 10th 2019, Roksanda Ilinčić will be at the GTBank Fashion Weekend to demonstrate Making Elegant and Modest Dresses Feel More Exciting.
