COVID-19: Nigeria reopens NYSC orientation camp

The Federal Government has announced the re-opening of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) camps across the country.

Confiance News learnt from the official Twitter handle of Nigeria’s Minister of Youths and Sports, Sunday Dare on Thursday.

“The Resumption of the NYSC Orientation Camp for prospective Youth Corpers has been approved and opens on November 10th, 2020. Full COVID-19 Protocols will be enforced,” Dare tweeted.

Confiance News recalls that the orientation camp were shutdown nationwide in March this year inorder to contain the spread of coronavirus pandemic.

The shutdown disrupted the orientation camp of the 2020 Batch A Stream 1, across the 37 centres in the country.
