Former United States (US) president and a presidential aspirant under the Republican party, Donald Trump, beyond his political career, seems to be faring well as a marriage counselor.

Confiance News gathered that an X user known as Ada LIuch took to her handle to narrate how he influenced her marriage.

She narrates:

“Donald Trump is the reason my husband proposed to me.

When my husband took me to meet Trump for the first time he asked “How long have you been married?” but we weren’t married.

My husband said “Mr. President, we’re not married.”

And the President looked him very seriously in the eyes and said “You’re going to be very depressed if you don’t marry her.”

Then looked at me and told me how beautiful I was. Twice.

Then looked back at my husband and repeated again that he would be extremely depressed if he didn’t marry me.

About three weeks later I had an engagement ring on my finger.

So when I tell you I love President Trump, it’s not just for what he did to save the world…

I cannot stop crying whenever I see that video. I try not to watch and I try not to stay on social media these days since I’m on a trip with my girlfriends.

But it’s really so sad and heartbreaking for him and I can imagine how hard it is for his children and wife 💔

Reacting to the photos which she shared on her X handle, she said: “This was the night with President Trump where the story I said above happened. It was at a fundraiser at Mar-A-Lago (See cover photo).

Then there was a picture from our civil service wedding that our beautiful friend @AnnVandersteel did for us 😍.”

Reacting to her story is Bradley Scott who formally asked his fiancee to marry him shortly after voting for Trump in 2020.

Scott said: “I proposed to my wife immediately after we voted for Donald Trump in 2020. I mean immediately.”

Continuing, he said:”Thank you for sharing your story. We weren’t in his physical proximity, but Trump brought us together & that was the best way I could come up with to celebrate it. I still hate that we had to wear masks since it was 2020. I asked a poll worker to take the picture for me. ❤️🇺🇸”

Confiance News gathered that although Donald Trump influenced the marriages of Lluch and Scott, he has been married thrice.

His first wife was Ivana Trump, whom he married in 1977. They were divorced in 1989.
He got married to his second, Marla Maples, in 1993 and were separated in 1997. He is currently married to Melania Trump, their marriage took place in 2005.

Why is Trump wielding so much influence on people’s marital lives? Is it stemmed from his experiences with women?
