Fans share favourite Chimamanda’s quote as she celebrates 47th birthday

Amid encomium in honour of the 47th birthday of the multiple award winning writer and feminist, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, her fans have taken to social media to share their favorite quotes of her.

Confiance News learnt from the posts on X on Sunday.

Kambili magazine, posited the question: “Writer and feminist activist, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie turns 47 today. What is your favorite Chimamanda quote?”

The question sparked remarks from X users.

Xander said:”The single story creates stereotypes, and the problem with stereotypes is not that they are untrue, but that they are incomplete – Chimamanda adichie.”

Sam D added:”When we reject the single story, when we realise that there is never a single story about any place, we regain a kind of paradise.”

Elton on his part disagreed with the concept of feminism.

He said:”There’s nothing good about a feminist.”

Don Bishop said:”To love is to GIVE love and to RECEIVE love.
