Nigerians are making remarkable exploits, this time it is a 17-year-old teenager, Khalifa Aminu, from Kano State, Northwestern Nigeria, who developed a revolutionary device that detects explosives and mineral deposits in just one second.

Confiance News gathered from a post made on the official X handle of Kano Chronicle on Sunday.

Using locally sourced materials, he created a portable gadget that employs advanced sensors to identify chemical signatures with unmatched speed and accuracy.

Unlike traditional methods, his device provides real-time results, enhancing security and boosting mineral exploration efficiency.

Authorities and tech firms have praised its potential for global impact. A self-taught engineer, Aminu credits his curiosity and relentless experimentation for his success.

As he seeks to patent his invention, he hopes to make it widely accessible, inspiring young innovators worldwide.
