NCC revises guidelines to improve consumer experience

In an effort to ensure that consumers get the right value for their money, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has revised its guidelines.

The Commission told Confiance News in a recent statement.

It said: “In recognition of this, the Commission has revised its guidelines to include provisions that hold each player in the value chain accountable for quality service.”
