Nigeria becomes first country in Africa receive Elon Musk’s Starlink service

Starlink has finally berthed in Nigeria; making it the first African country to receive the service.

Confiance News gathered from the official Twitter handle of SpaceX (Space Exploration Technologies Corp.) on Monday.

“Starlink is now available in Nigeria – the first African country to receive service!,” SpaceX tweeted.

Starlink is a high-speed, low-latency service is made possible via the world’s largest constellation of highly advanced satellites operating in a low orbit around the Earth.

It is a subsidiary of SpaceX, which was founded by Elon Musk in 2002.
