‎The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) is set to host its inaugural Stakeholders’ Consultative Forum on Skill Gaps in the Telecom Value Chain, a pivotal event aimed at addressing critical skill shortages in Nigeria’s telecommunications sector.

‎Confiance News reports that this groundbreaking forum will bring together industry leaders, professionals, and stakeholders to discuss strategies for enhancing workforce capabilities and driving innovation in the telecom industry.

‎Among the distinguished speakers is Efosa Aigbe, Senior Solution Architect at L.M. Ericsson (Nigeria) Ltd. With extensive experience, Aigbe will provide insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) operating in Nigeria.

‎The information which was posted on the official X handle of NCC on Tuesday stated that Aigbe’s expertise will shed light on practical approaches to closing the skills gap and fostering technological advancement.
