Photos of the dress worn at the bridal showers of Zahra Ado-Bayero, daughter of the Emir of Bichi in Kano State and fiancee of Yusuf Buhari, Son of Nigeria’s  president( Muhammadu Buhari) have elicited much noise on social media.

FS Yusuf, a tweep, took to Twitter to express disappointment over the reactions of sharia and Hisbah towards the dress, which negates the tenates of islam.

He said, “Sharia on sabbatical.”
