“To the FG; Seek the advice of the Youths before you disburse that N74 Billion,so that it doesn’t end up in ‘another warehouses’,” he disclosed on Twitter.

Confiance News recalls that on Wednesday, October 28, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) released a guideline for the disbursement of the fund which aims to support youths particularly those engaged in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Prior to the release of the NYIF framework, there have been massive looting of relief items/palliative by Nigerians at warehouses were these items were packed in the country.

Most Nigerians, however, have accused the government of lack of accountability and transparency.

Senator Sani is of the opinion that if the Federal Government do not engage the youths before the disbursement of the funds, the funds may go the way of the COVID-19 palliative.
